Dear Vendors:
The Pacific Northwest Section of AOAC International
would like to invite your company to participate
in an exhibition of scientific equipment,
supplies and services at its annual meeting.
The 2008 annual meeting will be held at the
University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington
on the 18th and 19th of June. The Vendor Exposition
will be Wednesday the 18th from 11:30 a.m.
until 2:30 p.m. in the Rotunda.
In attendance will be 100 to 150 chemists
and microbiologists from Washington, Oregon,
Idaho, Alaska and British Columbia at a series
of presentations, discussions, and workshops
designed to inform them of current scientific
techniques and issues.
The Exposition will consist of tabletop exhibits.
The provided tables are 30" by 72". An electrical
connection will be provided for 120V power,
if needed. The cost for one table is $175,
two tables are $350. Parking is available
and a loading zone is within 50' of the exhibition
area.
The Exposition includes non-alcoholic beverages,
wine, beer and snacks and will be followed
by a banquet open to all. Return this form
by e-mail, snail mail or fax as soon as possible
to ensure space will be available. If you

reservation.
